This week I’m talking to author, speaker and the “Margaret Cho” of Diversity Trainers, Jessica Pettitt about issues facing the Trans community. It was through Jessica’s work in Student Affairs, as a college administrator that she realized her love for the conversations across difference. Our conversation today covered it all: how to talk about the topic, definitions and terms, trans kids, legislation affecting the trans community and Jess’ experience as a lesbian woman married to a transman.
